The 8th Elite Forum of the Chinese Chemical Society was held from April 5th to 7th. This forum is jointly hosted by the Youth Chemical Workers Committee of the Chinese Chemical Society and the Anhui Chemical Society, and hosted by the University of Science and Technology of China.
The forum, with the theme of "Precision and Intelligence Assisting the Rapid Development of Chemistry", aims to promote the cross integration of chemistry and related disciplines, and promote the growth of young talents. The forum features 60 themed presentations, 112 invitation presentations, 33 oral presentations, and wall posters, covering the latest research achievements and cutting-edge hot topics in chemistry and related disciplines. It provides a platform for young chemical workers to showcase their research achievements, learn advanced technology, and seek cooperation opportunities.
Bao Xinhe, Jiang Lei, Li Jinghong, Chi Lifeng and Zheng Nanfeng, academicians of the CAS Member, respectively reported on the topics of "Status and prospect of CO2 conversion and utilization", "Biomimetic super wetting interface system - energy conversion/chemical reaction/information based on quantum confined superfluid", "Surface plasma electrochemical micro imaging", "Surface precise preparation of molecular quantum materials", "Surface interface coordination chemistry: exploration of precise control of metal surface interface chemical reaction".
Nearly 400 domestic and foreign experts and scholars in the field of chemistry participated in this forum.
