In 2024,BAIC Blue Valley will launch a new Extreme Fox model,and the currently available Extreme Fox models will continue to iterate and update;The first intelligent selection mode new car from BAIC New Energy and Huawei will be unveiled at the Beijing Auto Show,positioned as a high-end intelligent pure electric sedan.
  According to data released by BAIC Blue Valley,its subsidiary BAIC New Energy sold over 92100 new vehicles in 2023,a year-on-year increase of 84%.Among them,Jihu Automobile sold 30000 vehicles throughout the year,a year-on-year increase of 138%.
  However,on the evening of January 15th,BAIC Blue Valley announced that it is expected that the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company for the year 2023 will be a loss of 5.2 billion to 5.7 billion yuan,compared to a loss of 5.465 billion yuan in the same period last year.
  Regarding the reasons for the expected loss in performance,BAIC Blue Valley stated in the announcement that on the one hand,the competition in the new energy vehicle market has become increasingly fierce,and the company continues to invest in core capabilities such as technology research and development and brand channel construction,which will have a certain impact on short-term performance;On the other hand,the company's product sales are still in a period of rapid improvement,and the economies of scale have not yet emerged,resulting in a phased high product cost;With the gradual launch of new products in the later stage,the product structure is gradually enriched,channel construction is further improved,and the company's product sales and profitability are expected to continue to improve.
